Policy
We take pride in the quality of our products and aim to provide a smooth customer experience. Please review the following policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
• Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
• Be returned in their original condition
• Include original packaging and tags
• Show no signs of damage, alteration, or excessive wear
Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return.
All returns must be authorized by Marble Fangs before being sent back. Once a return is authorized, the item must be shipped within 7 days of authorization.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability. Customers must contact us before sending any items for exchange.
Once an exchange is authorized, the item must be shipped within 7 days of authorization. Exchange replacements are subject to inventory availability and will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or financial institution. Original shipping charges, including expedited shipping charges, are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item or a product that arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue, include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging
We will review each case and provide an appropriate solution. For verified Marble Fangs damage, defects, or fulfillment errors, Marble Fangs will cover necessary return shipping costs.
Return Process
Customers must contact orders@marblefangs.com before returning or exchanging any merchandise. Returns or exchanges sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Once approved, return instructions and the return address will be provided. The merchandise must be shipped within 7 days of authorization.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for ordinary returns and exchanges. Marble Fangs will cover necessary return shipping costs for verified damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled orders.
